The Winners Forum powered by Vincyman Journal was created by individuals who are currently setting their sights on entrepreneurship while juggling life and the work force. Our motto is "SUCCESS THROUGH CHANGE" because we can all agree than one should not be afraid of change and it is necessary at times to invoke change in order to achieve success. The process can be scary and its often the one thing that can hold one back from reaching their goal. Obtaining success is more of a psychological battle than it is a physical one. Knowing what to stick to and when to do something different is a skill we all must learn and acknowledge.
